We offer two ways to receive your order: rapid local delivery, typically in 20–40 minutes within 15 miles of our Tunstall store, and standard UK courier delivery across Mainland UK in 2–3 working days. You can also choose click & collect from our shop at 184 High Street, Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent ST6 5TT.

Rapid local delivery covers a 15-mile radius of our Tunstall store. Standard courier delivery covers Mainland UK. We do not currently deliver to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands or non-mainland postcodes. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the order. We operate a Challenge 25 policy: our driver or store staff may ask for valid photo ID (passport, UK driving licence or a PASS-hologram card) and will refuse to hand over alcohol if age cannot be verified or the recipient appears intoxicated. We cannot leave alcohol unattended, with a neighbour or in a safe place.
