It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under 18, and illegal for an adult to buy it on their behalf. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or over. We operate a Challenge 25 policy: our driver or store staff may ask for valid photo ID (passport, UK driving licence or a PASS-hologram card) on delivery or collection, and will refuse to hand over alcohol if age cannot be verified or the recipient appears intoxicated. Refused orders may be subject to a re-delivery or restocking charge.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, we cannot verify age, or the delivery address is outside our service area — and will refund any payment taken.

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

We offer rapid local delivery (typically 20–40 minutes) within 15 miles of our Tunstall store, and standard courier delivery across Mainland UK in 2–3 working days. We do not currently deliver to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands or non-mainland postcodes. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Someone aged 18+ must be present to receive the order; we cannot leave alcohol unattended, with a neighbour or in a safe place.
